Simplific came to us with a product built around complex workflows, dense information, and multiple user journeys. While the platform was powerful, its interface made everyday tasks feel harder than they needed to be. Our goal was to create a clearer product experience without stripping away the depth that made the platform valuable.
We rethought the interface from the ground up, creating a scalable design system that brings structure to complex workflows and gives every part of the product a consistent visual language.
We redesigned Simplific around a clear hierarchy of information, intuitive navigation, and flexible interface patterns. Instead of treating each workflow as a separate experience, we built a unified system of components and interactions that could scale across the entire platform.
